		<description>This is a great analogy.  It is very easy to fall into Grinch mode, especially when things get tough.  A companies culture must be exhibited from the top (from the leader).  Depending on what characteristics are displayed, your organization will take on that personality.  It is very hard to change it once it is wrong. Here is to more Rudolph&#039;s in 2010!</description>
